Lukwago asks Nyakairima to take action against Kakooza Mutale.

The pressure group, Truth and

Justice Forum has implored the

Minister for Internal Affairs, Gen.

Aronda Nyakairima, to arrest the

presidential advisor Maj. Kakooza

Mutale over his recruitment of

vigilantes to rally support for

President Yoweri Museveni in the

2016 polls.

The group, led by Kampala Lord

Mayor, Erias Lukwago, has also

formed its own group to counter the

perceived threats from Mutale.
