house that government should view the

opposition as a partner and ally not an

adversary in the development agenda.

Kenyan President Uhuru Kenyatta has

called for government and the

opposition to work together to foster

democracy in Uganda and the region.

Kenyatta, however lambast the

opposition for being critical of key

government programs.
