The Insurance Regulatory Authority has

started to sensitize boda-boda riders on

life insurance to ensure compensation

in case of accidents.

Boda Boda motor-cylists know little

about insurance and many only

subscribe to the mandatory third

party policy.

However, life-insurance could

safeguard those who suffer

permanent disabilities that prevent

them from working.
