If Not contented with the current Kyabazinga Go to court – M7 tells Bulamogi chiefdom

President Museveni has advised the people of Bulamogi chiefdom (Kaliro district) to go to court if they are not contented with the decision by the 11 chiefs of Busoga who elected Prince William Gabula Nadiope IV as Kyabazinga in September last year.

Since Gabula was enthroned, the people of Bulamogi have threatened to secede from obwa kyabazinga bwa Busoga. To them it is their chief, Prince Columbasi Wambuzi Zibondo who is supposed to be the Kyabazinga.

But officiating at the 100 anniversary of St. Luke Church of Uganda Kaliro, Museveni distanced himself from those who worked hard to see that Gabula takes the throne.

He was responding to accusations of interfering with Busoga kingdom matters by Kaliro district chairman.

Museveni also wondered why some people say that poverty is on the rise when his government has provided all the necessary peace and freedom for people to prosper.
