Seven people have been arrested for allegedly operating illegal clinics in Gulu district.
The arrest follows a joint operation by the district drugs’ inspectors and officials from the Allied Health Professional Services under the Ministry of Health.
Most of the clinics were operating without licenses and were employing unqualified health workers.
