Go Forward team meets presidential nomination requirements

Presidential aspirant, Amama Mbabazi’s team
has gone over and above in meeting the
nomination requirements as stipulated by The
Electoral Commission.
Mbabazi’s lawyers led by Severino
Twinobusingye and Fred Muwema yesterday
caused a scene at the Electoral Commission
headquarters in Kampala over the packaging of
nomination signatures. They carried a big box full
of signatures.
Go Forward Chief of Staff, Solome Nakaweesi
Kimbugwe says they gathered 5 million
signatures from 107 Districts of Uganda.
The EC requires only 100 signatures from 77
districts.
