Former UNRA boss asked to explain massive losses on road projects.

The Commission of Inquiry into the
Uganda National Roads Authority put
former Acting Executive Director of
the Authority, Ssebugga Kimeze, to
task to explain why government lost
atleast $9 billion due to delays on the
Kawempe-Luweero-Kafu road.
The commission also questioned
Kimeze on why UNRA paid
consultants billions of shillings yet
they never did any work.
Kimeze, who denied culpability, is
expected back before the commission
