Family planning Sheikh banned from conducting prayers

The Muslim disciplinary committee has suspended a Sheikh who refused to lead prayers at a family planning conference.
Sheikh Haruna Emuge, the district Kadhi of Kumi has been excluded from conducting prayers on grounds of indiscipline.
