Electoral Commission extends voter register verification exercise

The Electoral Commission has announced an extension to the deadline for the general update of the National voters’ register to 4th may 2015. It was originally meant to close on 30th April.

The Electoral commission chairperson, Badru Kigundu has appealed to all those who have not yet registered for inclusion in the new register to check the details of all their particulars and take advantage of the extension.
