Court dismisses Sejusa’s application not to be deployed by UPDF

The Civil Division of the High Court
has today dismissed an application by
the lawyers of renegade UPDF
General, David Sejusa, seeking to
restrain the army and it’s agents
from redeploying, arresting and
molesting him or in any way
preventing him from enjoying his
constitutional rights.
Court in its ruling revealed that what General Sejusa was asking court to do was to take over the duties of the UPDF Commissions and Promotions
Board something it deemed to be
unrealistic.
