Civil society activists want police officers punished.

Human rights activists have criticized Uganda’s  police, a day after the police  took their brutality a notch higher  as they arrested politicians who  were traveling with Dr. Kizza Besigye  to Rukungiri for a rally.

During the scuffle, a lady claims she was  stripped. However, police says the  woman undressed herself .  Solomon Kaweesa spoke to Dr . Livingstone Sewanyana, the Executive  Director for Foundation for human  Rights Initiative.
