Buganda Katikkiro praises late Abu Mayanja for contributions to kingdom

Buganda kingdom heaped praise on the former Attorney General Abu Mayanja for his contribution towards the kingdom.

The praises were given during the 5th Abu Mayanja Memorial Lecture at the Sheraton Hotel in Kampala on Tuesday evening.

Chief guest at the memorial lecture, the Prime Minister of Buganda,Charles Peter Mayiga said Mayanja who died in 2005, spoke out boldly in support of constitutionalism and Buganda at a time when his peers dared not to say anything.
