Besigye calls for an increased public pressure to force Museveni to yield to the conditions for free and fair elections.

Suspecting that government would not allow the recommended electoral reforms before next year’s general elections, former FDC president Dr. Kiiza Besigye is calling for an increased public pressure to force President Museveni to yield to the conditions for free and fair elections.
Besigye who is today taking his FDC presidential flag bearer campaigns to Mbale says, the NRM is a weakened party that only derives its strength from abuse of State resources and not popular support.
He says, Ugandans have to stand up and show President Museveni that Power belongs to people.
