Baryamureeba releases manifesto emphasises education and health.

Former Makerere vice chancellor and
presidential aspirant Professor
Venansius Baryamureeba has unveiled
his 12-point manifesto three days
after returning his presidential
nomination forms to the electoral
commission.
Top on Dr. Baryamureeba’s manifesto
is education, health and job creation
if elected as President in 2016.
Baryamureeba also says he will
restore presidential term limits and
institute a succession plan for key
offices in the country including the
Presidency.
