ADF Rebel group has appointed a new commander – reports show.

Following the recent arrest of ADF commander Jamil Mukulu, reports show that the Rebel group has appointed a new commander known as Baluku Musa.

Police spokes person Fred Enanga says that Baluku was the second in command of ADF that’s based in North Kivu in DR Congo.

Meanwhile, police warns that it cannot allow these rebels to disrupt peace in Uganda.
