500 students at Makerere University to miss out Graduation

 Over 500 students at Makerere university are missing out on the graduation list.

Some students are converged here at the university’s main building to seee whether the university council can make an addendum to add them on the list. Because the university council is also seated at the same place Council room at the main building

We spoke to the principal school of social science and humanities Edward Kirumira and he says if the university council does an addendum they are ready to bring up the data of students who had failed to beat the deadline.

He continues to say that, them as leaders of various colleges did all they could to see that every student that is eligible graduate.

However, though many students are missing out preparations are going on at freedom square where the graduation will happen.

Meanwhile, There has been an incident  between students led by their leader Karamagi William and police, students wanted to storm the council room saying that the university council is just pretending inside there but doing nothing as far as doing an addendum is concerned.
